For us, the quality of our nuts is paramount. So we took our top-shelf jumbo hazelnuts, and using our family recipe for candied pistachios, created our remarkable candied hazelnuts. For each batch, we bring the liquid sugarcoating to its most sticky and delectable state. We then enshroud the hazelnuts in the syrup, letting the fundamental flavors comingle and take shape. We divide each batch of crisped hazelnuts into serving-sized pieces.
