Cheese Turnover
Many ultra-thin layers of gauzy, fragile phyllo are stacked and folded around our consummate blend of cheeses. Once baked, they turn golden, the phyllo becoming flaky and crunchy. Our turnovers are sprinkled with sesame seeds and are similar to the well-known Greek dish Tyropita. They come frozen and ready to bake.
