Made with a generations old, closely-guarded recipe, our superior baklava features ground, whole walnuts and between 50-70 layers of crispy, astonishingly thin phyllo dough. We top our legendary baklava with our own sugar syrup infused with orange blossom that permeates the wispy pastry. New York magazine says it's "not as cloyingly sweet as other Turkish pastries". We think it's simply incomparable.
