As probably the oldest Turkish delight maker in the United States, our generations-old recipe yields a sticky and substantive crunchy candy bearing a light bouquet of rosewater. It's brimming with large, verdant pistachio chunks. Interestingly, the jelly center of today's popular jelly bean has its origins in Turkish Delight.
