While many marzipan producers derive the characteristic almond flavor from a large percentage of almond paste, ours is made from the freshest California almonds using our grandfather�s original recipe. Every enchanting nugget of marzipan is dunked in chocolate and decorated with a single slivered almond. Rather than making our marzipan excessively sweet, we let the slightly bitter almond flavor come through, coaxing the sweetness of the chocolate.
